3. How to Request a Return
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Step 1: Email us at admin@ficsionmart.com within the return window
- Step 2: Include your Order ID, product name, reason for return, and clear photos/video of the issue
- Step 3: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
- Step 4: If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions
- Step 5: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and tags
- Step 6: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund as follows:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
5. Exchange Policy

- Wrong color received — exchange for the correct color
- Defective product — exchange for the same product
Exchange requests must be made within the return window. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not available, a full refund will be issued.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take photos or a video immediately upon opening the package. Contact us at admin@ficsionmart.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), FicsionMart will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is for other eligible reasons, the customer may bear the shipping cost
- Please use a reliable courier service and keep the tracking number for reference
8. Non-Refundable Situations
- Item returned without prior approval from FicsionMart
- Item returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition
- Return request made after the eligible return window
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
