• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

5. Orders & Confirmation

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the product
• An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or SMS from FicsionMart
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspicion of fraud
• You will be notified promptly in case of any order cancellation

6. Payment

FicsionMart accepts the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Bangladesh
• bKash, Nagad, Rocket — Mobile financial services
• Visa / Mastercard / Credit & Debit cards — processed via SSLCommerz
• Bank Transfer — for selected orders

All online payments are secured through SSL encryption. FicsionMart does not store any card or mobile banking credentials on its servers.

7. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting admin@ficsionmart.com
• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled
• For prepaid orders that are cancelled, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
