1. Shipping Coverage
FicsionMart currently delivers to all districts across Bangladesh, including:
- Dhaka City & Metropolitan Area
- Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh — All divisional cities
- All 64 Districts across Bangladesh
We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Timeframe

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day
- Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed the following business day
- Processing time: 1–2 business days before dispatch

FicsionMart works with trusted courier services to deliver your orders:
- Pathao Courier
- RedX
- eCourier
- Sundarban Courier Service
- Paperfly
The courier used for your order may vary depending on your location and product type.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS
- You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to track your delivery in real time
- For tracking assistance, contact us at admin@ficsionmart.com
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- If all attempts fail due to the customer being unavailable or incorrect address, the order will be returned to FicsionMart
- Re-delivery charges will apply for returned orders
- If the returned order is a COD order, no refund will be issued for failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- For prepaid orders returned due to failed delivery, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing an order. FicsionMart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Deliveries may be delayed during:
- National public holidays and Hartal/Strike situations
- Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha seasons (allow extra 2–4 days)
- Natural disasters or adverse weather conditions
- Courier network disruptions
We will communicate any significant delays via email or SMS.
